A Winter Day
A little portrait in a winter day.
Used a photo of a friend as a reference.
Drawn and edited on my Samsung Tab S4 using Sketchbook Pro, plus other apps.
Final version with edited levels, hue and saturation tweaks and lens flare effects
product after adding softglow overlay
layer of softglow added ontop of shade layer (multiply)
shading added with airbrush in multiply layer mode using the original photo lighting as reference
coloured in sketch with final background (another layer of same background with a different filter effect)
coloured in sketch with initial background. (chose a picture and edited with watercolour filter effect)
I then coloured in the drawing with basic colours from the original photo
Used an airbrush to add more tough layers of shade
Added a fine brush lineart over the sketch.
Began by tracing over original picture with pencil brush
